Serge Sorser, MD
Dr. Sorser is a highly experienced gastroenterologist who completed his medical degree at the University of Michigan Medical School. Dr. Sorser went on to receive advanced training in gastroenterology and hepatology at the University of Michigan, followed by subspecialty fellowship training in therapeutic endoscopy at St. Luke's Hospital in Milwaukee, Wis. Dr. Sorser is a respected member of the medical community and has been recognized as one of Hour Detroit magazine's annual "Top Docs".

Michael Piper, MD
Dr. Michael H. Piper is a gastroenterologist in Warren and Novi, Michigan and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital-Warren Campus and Ascension Providence Hospital-Southfield. He received his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 42 years. Dr. Michael H. Piper has expertise in treating colonoscopy, upper gi endoscopy, among other conditions related to the esophagus, stomach, pancreas, gallbladder, liver and intestines.
Susan Wosik, PA-C
Susan has worked as a Physician Assistant in Gastroenterology since 2016. She completed her undergraduate degree at Western Michigan University and graduate studies at Lake Erie College near Cleveland, Ohio. Her special interests include diseases of the pancreas, liver, and gallbladder. Susan looks forward to working with her patients in a shared decision making approach. Susan is available Monday-Friday at our Warren location to see patients on behalf of Dr. Michael Piper and Dr. Bradley Warren.

Rachelle Packey, PA-C
Rachelle graduated from Michigan State for undergrade and went onto Western Michigan for Physician Assistant school. I graduated from there in 2014 and have worked in Gastroenterology since. She did take a break from medicine to be a stay at home mom and have been excited to be back to work. She enjoys spending time with her family and have a passion for exercising in any form. Rachelle sees patients on Tuesday and Thursdays in our Novi office on behalf of Dr. Greer and Dr. Sorser. Rachelle looks forward to meeting and treating all of her patients.
Tara Karmo, PA
Tara is a Physician Assistant who completed both her undergraduate degree and master of science in Physician Assistant Studies at Wayne State University. She has worked as a gastroenterology & hepatology PA since 2012. She sees patients in our Novi office on Wednesdays and Fridays on behalf of Dr. Warren and is also available for TeleMedicine Tara is accepting new patients..
